Billing and Enrollment Business Analyst

Join our team as a Billing and Enrollment Business Analyst for a 12-month contract with potential for extension. This remote position (EST hours) offers competitive compensation.

- Ability to navigate mainframe applications

Position Description:
You'll support operational functions within the health plan by fulfilling Business Analysis functions for hashtag#Billing and hashtag#Enrollment functions within the NASCO Processing System (hashtag#NPS) and MembersEdge environments.

What You’ll Do:
- Gather, analyze, document, and validate business needs and issues
- Participate in requirements documentation creation
- Collaborate on project plans and requirements management
- Assist in requirements analysis and verification sessions
- Contribute to design reviews and development sessions
- Ensure success of user acceptance testing
- Identify and troubleshoot problems in systems and processes
- Provide guidance, training, and support to end-users
- Develop project deliverables and monitor project status
- Coordinate project implementation and manage new work requests

Qualifications:
- 3 years of experience in hashtag#functional, hashtag#operational, or hashtag#testing analysis
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Prior experience with NASCO and MembersEdge
- Strong time-management, organizational, and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft hashtag#Office applications
