Billing Supervisor:

• Location – Anyone (Silicon Valley, New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Seattle, and Santa Monica)
• Salary - $98,000 - $128,000
• 5-7 plus years' experience in billing/accounting (legal/professional services billing)
• minimum of 3 years supervisory experience
• Aderant experience a plus

Client Accounting Specialist:

• Location – Anyone (New York, San Francisco, Washington, D.C., Seattle, and Santa Monica)
• Salary - $74,000 - $98,750
• 3-5 years of billing and accounting experience
• Must be flexible to work overtime as needed during time-critical deadlines such as month-end and year-end closing.
• Prior legal billing experience preferred.
• Corporate & IP/TM experience desired
• Aderant and legal e-Billing experience a plus
