Blue Yonder WMS Support Lead

Requirements: • Provide L2 and L3 support for BY WMS and BY TMS applications and servers. • Coordinating deployments of enhancements, bugfixes, and hotfixes • Strong communications needed for engaging with infrastructure teams and external partners for critical and high importance issues • Develop and implement custom automated solutions to prevent issue recurrences and improve system reliability. • Onsite at Indiana Distribution Center • Experience working in Agile/Scrum
