BSA

Must Have Technical Skills:

• Atlassian JIRA, Atlassian Confluence, All Microsoft products and Outlook

Flex Skills/Nice to Have:

• Fiserv experience or any experience with payment processing preferred, preferred experience as a BSA (requirement solicitation/ experience with architect/dev teams gathering requirements)

Soft Skills:

• Willingness to learn, effective communication, good at working in ambiguous environments, friendly/engaging and team player, situational awareness, self-starter

Education:

• Preferred bachelor's degree in a technical field or relevant work experience

Years of experience:

• Level 3; 5-7 years
