Build Engineer

Job Description:

The ideal candidate should be proficient in PowerShell and familiar with config-as-code solutions . They should also be familiar with Windows configuration and creating scripts to automate it. Experience with TypeScript. The candidate should also have experience with accessibility tools and accessibility in general.

Responsibilities:

• Develop software solutions using PowerShell and YAML.
• Work on windows configuration or find their way around to do that.
• Explore and implement solutions for building first-class accessibility support into Microsoft Dev Box.
• Collaborate with the team to develop UI applications for Windows.
• Ensure security and compliance of the software.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field.
• 3+ years of experience in software development.
• Proficient in PowerShell and familiar with infra-as-code, specifically YAML format.
• Familiarity with Windows configuration or can find their way around to do that.
• Familiarity with creating UI in Windows, be it either Windows Forms, WinUI, .NET MAUI
