Job Title: Business Analyst - Adobe

Location: Phoenix AZ ( 3 days hybrid)

 

Job Description:

  • Create SDDs and Tagging requirements based on discussions with the product owner 
  • Lead and be the point of contact for new tagging requests 
  • Work with Product Owners to define requirements 
  • Translate these to technical tagging requirements

 

Jira Tickets

  • Work with product owners to create Jira tickets 
  • Own the Jira tickets – respond to inquiries 
  • Work with the team to ensure tagging requests are prioritized 
  • Test & Validate tagging in E2 & Production

 

QA & Enterprise Communication 

  • Proactively communicate with product owners or enterprise to resolve any issues in a timely manner 
  • Proactively close any gaps in the tagging. 
  • Be aware of DXT/Enterprise tagging changes & ensure they are being implemented on all pages 
  • Keep up to date with latest tagging technologies to understand and inform team strategy 
  • Familiarity with Script Supplier & Data Layers 
  • Monitor the use of tags across the team including Marketing 
  • Monitor tagging across the experience to identify any issues

 

Adobe Analytics Dashboard

Proactively create Adobe analytics Dashboards that can be used to monitor data quality and can be shared with product owners as necessary for data democratization

 

Qualifications:

  • Experience in using and creating tags for Adobe Analytics , focusing on measurement of digital performance, data integration and development 
  • Ability to troubleshoot scripting issues on the digital platforms using browser's console and other tools 
  • Experience with data layer and web analytics implementations 
  • Must be hands-on and work as technical analytics expert for data framework implementations 
  • Have solid analytics implementation experience across the life cycle and digital platforms (including web, responsive and native apps)
