Business Analyst

Mandatory Qualifications:
Level II
Between 4 and 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst
Between 4 and 7 years of client focused requirements analysis experience in performing the duties of a business analyst, including but not limited to: conducting business and/or systems analysis, elicitation, validation of requirements, and producing requirements documentation.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects with an active role in working with a wide range of stakeholders, including but not limited to: Customers, Project managers, technical team, and other Business Analysts

Desirable Qualifications:

Between 4 and 7 years of experience performing analysis, documentation and validation of business requirements in a software development environment.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience creating requirements documentation, including but not limited to: User stories, use cases, Screen prototypes, Specifications, and adhering to pre-established templates.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience of working independently in conducting the full analysis of a project.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience with business process reengineering and optimization, including analyzing and formulating To-Be processes and requirements.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience working in or with the subject matter of legal or adjudicative court hearings, fair Hearings, appeals or court procedure and processes.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience identifying, documenting and leveraging business requirements across multiple business and technical area stakeholders.
Between 4 and 7 years of experience utilizing requirements management tools similar to Blueprint Storyteller
