Business Analyst

𝐑𝐞𝐪𝐮𝐢𝐫𝐞𝐝 𝐒𝐤𝐢𝐥𝐥𝐬 & 𝐄𝐱𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐢𝐞𝐧𝐜𝐞:

• 5+ years in a Business Analyst role supporting the software lifecycle.
• 1+ years experience with COMPAS software.
• Experience in an Agile environment and system development.
• Maintaining vendor-managed software, performing maintenance, testing, upgrades, and configurations.
• Engaging with users to troubleshoot and resolve application-related issues.
• Working with external stakeholders to identify process improvements and optimizations.
• Communicating software configuration with external and internal stakeholders.
• Proficiency in business process mapping and capturing processes through Visio flow diagrams.
• Experience with understanding and documenting business requirements.
• Experience in change management systems.
• Knowledge of vendor-based application release cycles and ticket management.
• Ability to identify integration points.
• Knowledge of reporting and dashboard maintenance.
• Experience with SQL.
• Experience with JIRA.
• Test script maintenance and test automation.
• Experience in user acceptance testing, running regression tests, and optimizing test cases.
• Experience in process improvements and IT systems integration.
• Ability to work with cross-functional teams.
• Strong communication and presentation skills.
