Planning
Define detailed internal and external client driven milestones and deliverables.
Support Project team for planning of testing, user training, documentation, migrations and client on-boarding.
Requirements Management
Functional requirement oversight including Requirements sign off and prioritisation.
Facilitating the elicitation and evaluation of business requirements for delivering new or enhanced software systems, and measuring the success of the associated initiatives
Resource Management
Oversee the BA project deliverable on a daily basis with regard time and quality.
Line management & Matrix management of business analysts
Oversee User training systems and procedures
Communication & Stakeholder Management
Document and manage meeting minutes and actions from Project Working Groups.
Periodic status reporting.
Skilful escalation, navigation and negotiation of decisions impacting schedule/scope/budget with stakeholders both internal and external at all levels of seniority
Subject Matter Expert
Requirements
Extensive experience in the Finance and Banking industry environment
Strong product awareness and Must have good, structured analytical skills.
Experience of Agile delivery and adoption of Agile practices is a distinct advantage.
Must have a good understanding of the Subject Matter relating to Retail and commercial banking
Must be able to work independently. Must have strong problem solving skills, and be self directed.
Ability to build and maintain highly effective working relationships with colleagues, clients and third parties.
