Business Analyst

Job Description:
 

• Seeking a strong Business analyst with Previous development or coding background and then becoming a BA preferred.
• Candidates should have Minimum 10+ Years of IT experience. Also, last two or three projects to be in the financial industry.
• Should be able to understand technology infrastructure data flows etc.
• Interaction with java developers and architects to ensure technical feasibility.
• Experience in the Cards Dispute & Frauds domain is a value addition.
• Candidates should have written User Stories in BDD format.
• Current project should have a Java background where applications are moved from legacy to new systems.
• Deep Technical acumen and architecture understanding
• Collaboration with business analysts to align technical solutions with business needs
• Develop data quality metrics and standards for different types of data to ensure that it is high quality and error-free.
• Develop data quality models to identify issues with the data and recommend solutions to improve the data quality.
• Proactively monitor, measure, analyze, execute, track and report on data quality issues.
• Interact with business users to resolve data quality problems using techniques such as root cause analysis as well as collecting user requirements.
• Experience working on data processing tasks using SPSS/Excel/Quantum/other methods using company procedures
• Collaboration with business analysts to align technical solutions with business needs
• Support in troubleshooting and problem-solving
• Work with Client Managers to address questions about financial content and make recommendations where applicable
• Generate a variety of reports based on special requests
• Work with other departments to resolve issues associated with specific loads
• Apply technical knowledge to resolve data integrity issues
