Business Analyst

Role : Business Analyst

Location :Cary NC·         

Minimum 5-7 years' business analysis experience 
·         Proven experience achieving business outcomes, in a fast paced highly cross-functional organization
·         Ability to handle high levels of ambiguity but seek clarification when needed
·         Previous data delivery experience
·         Vendor management experience
·         Strong Agile (Scrum) experience

·         Strong Project management experience preferred
·         Strong understanding of Cisco’s Commerce Tools and  Go To Market Strategies.
·         Previous experience in Cisco tools like SAVM, SFDC, PSS, SHARE, etc.
    •    Detail-oriented with strong analytical skills. Strong data analysis skills including the extensive use of MS Excel/Access, Oracle - SQL and PL/SQL
    •    Excellent verbal/written communication and business partnering skills
    •    Good business knowledge able to link business processes to extract and integrate data from multiple data sources to ensure solutions with high data integrity
    •    Problem solving approach and ability to work across organizations globally on cross-functional activities
    •    Self-motivated, results oriented, pro-active and flexible individual who can work autonomously in a fast paced changing environment. Individual needs to be a team player with excellent people skills
