Job Description:

  • We are seeking a highly skilled Business Analyst with a strong background in the Retirement, Group Insurance, or Institutional Banking domains.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements related to Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking.
  • Develop detailed business process models and workflows to support project objectives.
  • Translate business requirements into functional specifications for development teams.
  • Conduct gap analysis and feasibility studies to identify potential solutions to business challenges.
  • Work closely with IT teams to ensure that solutions meet business needs and comply with industry regulations.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops with stakeholders to validate requirements and obtain sign-offs.
  • Assist in the development of test plans and participate in user acceptance testing (UAT) to ensure solutions meet business expectations.
  • Provide ongoing support to project teams, ensuring that business requirements are met throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including business requirements, process flows, and user guides.

Experience:

  • Proven experience in the Retirement, Group Insurance, and Institutional Banking domains is mandatory.
  • Technical Skills:
  • Proficiency in business analysis tools and methodologies, including requirements gathering, process modeling, and data analysis.
  • Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance requirements in the financial services industry.
  • Experience with data analysis tools like Excel, SQL, or similar.
