1.    Extensive experience with ERP systems - no system preference, but candidates need to understand the concepts of working with ERP systems and requirements. Looking for a super senior, seasoned BA with ERP experience - help understand the system, document what it does today and plan what it will do tomorrow. Preference is for someone with a background in financials and ERP systems.
2.    Ability to communicate clearly with multiple business units, able to think critically at a high level, comfortable speaking with business units.
3.    Translating business rules and requirements (English business rules, does not need to know any java syntax, etc.) Translating implemented rules into a more generalized business rule format.

Mandatory Experience
•    7+ years documenting As-Is Enterprise Management Planning (ERP) systems using artifacts such as Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, and Pain Point Documents
•    7+ years’ experience documenting To-Be ERP system requirements
•    7+ years’ ERP business analysis experience with a focus on Financial and HR/Payroll modules
•    7+ years’ experience conducting interviews with ERP end-users to support As-Is and To-Be documentation and analysis
•    7+ years’ experience documenting As-Is ERP reports using artifacts such as Report Specification Documents
•    7+ years’ experience creating business analysis artifact templates such as Process Flow Diagrams, Data Flow Diagrams, Report Specification Documents, Report Requirement Documents, Pain Point Documents, Functional Requirements Documents, and User Interface Document
•    5+ years’ experience creating business rules extraction documentation and analyzing extracted rules

•    5+ years’ experience performing data analysis of ERP system data and metadata using SQL and tools such as Excel
