Job description:

Experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in an IT-focused role (5+ years);
• Experience in developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and other documentation;
• Experience in conducting system testing, developing test plans, and creating test scripts;
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related discipline

Preferred:
• Experience in project management methodologies and tools


Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Conduct extensive analysis of existing business processes to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, and areas for improvement
• Create comprehensive Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to document processes, policies, and best practices.
• Lead testing efforts by developing test plans, test cases, and test scripts, and coordinating user acceptance testing.
