We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst with expertise in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Workforce Management System to join our dynamic team.

 

The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of business processes, HR operations, and technology systems. They will play a crucial role in analyzing business requirements, identifying opportunities for system improvements, and implementing solutions to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.


Responsibilities:

Analyze business processes related to HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements for SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Workforce Management System.
Conduct a gap analysis to identify discrepancies between existing processes and system capabilities.
Develop functional specifications and user stories to define system enhancements and modifications.
Work closely with technical teams to translate business requirements into technical solutions, ensuring alignment with system capabilities.
Configure and customize SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Workforce Management System to meet business needs, leveraging best practices and industry standards.
Conduct system testing, including unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing, to ensure quality and reliability of system changes.
Provide end-user training and support to facilitate adoption and utilization of system functionalities.
Stay informed about the latest developments and updates in SuccessFactors, Employee Central, and Workforce Management System, and recommend opportunities for continuous improvement.
Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives as a subject matter expert in HR technology systems
