Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Analyst (Functional) Consultant with expertise in Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM), SQL, and PL/SQL. The ideal candidate will play a key role in analyzing business processes, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing effective solutions to enhance the efficiency of our contract management systems.
Key Responsibilities
CLM Expertise:
Serve as the primary point of contact for all matters related to Contract Lifecycle Management (CLM).
Analyze and understand business requirements related to contract management and translate them into functional specifications.
Business Analysis
Conduct detailed analysis of existing business processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document business requirements, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
System Implementation
Work closely with technical teams to ensure the successful implementation of CLM solutions.
Provide functional expertise during the development and customization of CLM systems.
SQL And PL/SQL Proficiency
Utilize SQL and PL/SQL skills to query databases, extract relevant information, and contribute to data-driven decision-making processes.
Perform data analysis to identify trends, anomalies, and areas for optimization within the contract management system.
User Training And Support
Develop and deliver user training programs to ensure effective utilization of CLM systems.
Provide ongoing support to end-users, addressing queries, and resolving issues in a timely manner.
Documentation
Create and maintain detailed documentation of business processes, functional specifications, and system configurations.
Ensure that all relevant documentation is kept up-to-date and accessible to relevant stakeholders.
Qualifications And Skills
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst with a focus on Contract Lifecycle Management.
Strong expertise in SQL and PL/SQL for data analysis and reporting.
Experience in system implementation and customization, preferably with CLM products.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, with a keen attention to detail.
Preferred Qualifications
Certification in Business Analysis or related field.
Previous experience with specific CLM products (mention any specific CLM software used in your organization).
