Document business requirements of new SyS solution
Document capabilities of current SyS solution at DPH

Develop draft RFP
Receive and understand the RFP template from DAS Contracting.
Write RFP introduction
Incorporate business requirements into the RFP
Add administrative and management requirements
Develop evaluation criteria
We are seeking a highly experienced business analyst to assist DPH with the development of a Request for Proposal (RFP) for a new Syndromic Surveillance (SyS) System, as well as the evaluation of responses to the RFP. The candidate should have prior experience with RFP development, preferably in Health and Human Services within the government sector. For more information, see the attached SOW.
The business analyst will work closely with the DPH SyS staff and BITS technical staff on this initiative.
