Job Description:

Minimum of 8 or more years of related work experience, 5-8 years preferably in the healthcare industry

Technical Skills:

  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Word , Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, JIRA
  • Advanced mathematics aptitude
  • Advanced communication, organizational and comprehension abilities
  • Experience in US Healthcare Payer/TPA/Insurance space with emphasis on Claims, Clinical Edits, Claims Pricing, Benefit Plans, Premium Billing, Enrollment, Payments, Reinsurance/Stoploss, EDI (834, 835, 837, 278, 270/271, 276/277 etc.), HIPAA, etc.
  • Agile experience including writing User stories, grooming, sprint planning, backlog refinement etc.
  • Project Management experience a plus
