Responsibilities

Lead and drive the end-to-end lifecycle of technical projects focused on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems, ensuring successful delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.

Requirements

Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with a focus on HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
Proven track record of successfully leading and driving complex technical projects in the HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking domains.
Strong understanding of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques specific to HR Tech, recruitment, or application tracking systems.
