Business Analyst I

Key Requirements and Technology Experience:

Skills-: Strong knowledge of the various Salesforce platforms (Sales, Service, Marketing etc.), Jira, AHA! and Process Mapping.
Bachelor's degree in business administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Salesforce Administrator or Business Analyst, with a strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality.
Proficient in Salesforce configuration, including custom objects, workflows, validation rules, and process builder.
Knowledge of Salesforce Lightning Experience and Salesforce CPQ is a plus.
