Description

•            10 + years of Insurance experience in Property & Casualty (P&C) Insurance.  

•            Insurance policy and claims system experienced.  

•            Must have an experience on US Insurance Compliance like - ISO, Regulatory, Statutory Reporting etc.  

•            Overall experience as a BA in handling client requirements and the good analytical Skills.  

•            Good knowledge on SQL database to analyze policy and claims data.  

•            Hands on experience in Data migration and product implementation. 

•            Good experience on Microsoft excel to handle the data.  

•            Identify and analyze data discrepancies and data quality issues.  

•            Ability to see downstream implications resulting from change in scope and/or requirements.         

•            Ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on, and resolved in a timely manner.  

•            Effective Communication and Team Collaboration skills.
