Business Analyst

When you are working with us, you will be:

• Performing SWOT Analysis
• Performing stakeholder analysis including developing a stakeholder map
• Holding requirements gathering sessions and developing requirements documents
• Project documentation and product backlog maintenance
• Developing business case and communications plan
• Defining business glossary, data access (security) model and support model
• Finalizing DQ test plan
• Creating non-functional test plan (performance, security etc.)
• Creating process flow and integrations analysis
•  Perform UAT
•  Communication with the business stakeholders, QA and development team
•  Analyzing and publishing final testing results
• Acting as a Product Owner in the Scrum (Development Sprints)
• Validating support processes
•  Designing and preparing customer reports, dashboards and analysis; creating prototypes;
  turning models into results
•  Analyzing, validating and visualizing business data, creating value-added solutions
•  Analyzing business questions and delivering business answers; translating technical data
  findings for non-technical teams and vice versa
•  Becoming a data visualization expert to empower clients to understand their data
• Providing insights and recommendations for clients based on the analysis
• Having regular connections with the customers, filling the role of a consultant
•  Open to travel

You can get in, if you can prove that you:

• Have 3+ years of relevant professional experience (reporting, data analysis, data manipulation
  techniques)
• Have strong experience in requirements elicitation and elaborations (mainly – stakeholder
  interviews, questionnaire or survey) and analysis
• Have strong experience in developing BRD and SRS (including functional and non-functional
  requirements)
• Have experience in defining Business Glossary, Data Derivation Rules, Data Quality rules, Data
  Governance Processes
• Have experience as a Product Owner in the Scrum
• Are Self-motivated and possess excellent problem-solving skills with a can-do attitude
• Possess excellent time management skills, ability to work effectively with strict deadlines
• Have strong understanding of the latest BI trends, agile user stories and requirement
  management.
