About this Team:

The Lean IT Team is a specialized team under the COO Business Management and Strategic Initiatives. It is a global function dealing with global stakeholders. The team consists of Business Analysts who are uniquely positioned to work with the COO and Line of Business (Banking, Capital Markets and Merchant Solutions) functional Teams in identifying and qualifying improvement opportunities for Process Optimization, Automation and Business Process Reengineering.

What you will be doing:

• Working with Business Leaders, Champions, Team Leads, SMEs and Process Owners for a selection of initiatives and projects
• Conduct process discovery and opportunity qualification workshops that facilitate identifying and fulfilling initiative & project objectives
• Engage with the teams to uncover & identify complex problems affecting capacity, efficiency and throughput
• Design optimizations and solutions that identify & eliminate redundancies, standardize workflows, and streamline efficiencies
• Facilitate and coordinate the end-to-end implementation and deployment of identified solutions
• Evaluate enhancements and provide post-implementation support of defined solutions
• Provide timely reporting that demonstrate value creation of engagements

What you bring:

• 10 years’ work experience with at least 5 years in driving transformation programs and optimization projects from initiation to closure in financial technology organizations
• Expert level knowledge of Business Process Mapping and Business Process Reengineering using Lean Six Sigma methods
• Experience with analyzing large datasets related to Business, Technology, Application & Production Support, Infrastructure & Cloud Environments
• Deep knowledge of statistical analysis and BI tools like Minitab, Excel Query, PowerBI, Tableau etc.
• Ability to work with structured & unstructured data and perform exploratory data analysis using Python & R Programming libraries
• Familiarity with one or more automation systems like Microsoft Power Apps, ServiceNow, Celonis, Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere, etc.
• Experience in processes that involve Client Implementations, Back-office Operations, Finance Operations, People Operations, Sales Operations, etc
• Curiosity and exposure to current technologies within Data Automation, Predictive Analytics, Machine Learning, ETL, EDW and Artificial Intelligence
• Good understanding of IT governance, application development, product implementations, processing, monitoring and infrastructure/data-center processes
• Relevant certifications in Lean, Six Sigma, ITSM, ITIL, DevOps, SRE, Cloud Computing, Agile Scrum will be good to have
