Experience and Qualification:

 

The Business Analyst will analyse business requirements and translate them into technical solutions for Lenel systems. With 7+ years of experience and Lenel certification, the Business Analyst will collaborate with stakeholders to optimize Lenel system functionalities and support business objectives.

 

Responsibilities:

 

  1. Collaborate with stakeholders to elicit, analyze, and document business requirements for Lenel security system implementations.
  2. Conduct feasibility studies, impact assessments, and cost-benefit analyses to evaluate proposed solutions and identify potential risks and opportunities.
  3. Translate business requirements into functional specifications, use cases, and user stories for development and implementation.
  4. Work closely with solution architects and developers to ensure that technical solutions meet business needs and requirements.
  5. Facilitate workshops, interviews, and focus groups to gather input from stakeholders and subject matter experts.
  6. Develop and maintain documentation, including business process flows, data models, and system configurations, to support project deliverables.
  7. Assist in the validation and testing of Lenel solutions, ensuring that they meet quality standards and fulfill business requirements.
  8. Provide training and support to end-users and stakeholders, assisting with the adoption and utilization of Lenel security systems.
  9. Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders on requirements status, issues, and dependencies.
  10. Collaborate with project managers and teams to ensure that project timelines and deliverables are met, and that any deviations are addressed in a timely manner.

 

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications:

 

  1. Proven experience as a business analyst, with a focus on gathering and analyzing requirements for IT projects, preferably in the security domain.
  2. Lenel certification (e.g., Lenel Certified Professional) required.
  3. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex business processes and translate them into technical solutions.
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
  5. Knowledge of business analysis methodologies, tools, and techniques, such as BPMN, UML, and requirements elicitation.
  6. Familiarity with security principles and practices, including access control, video surveillance, and intrusion detection systems.
  7. Experience with software development lifecycle (SDLC) methodologies, such as Agile, Waterfall, and DevOps.
  8. Bachelor's degree in business administration, computer science, or a related field; CBAP certification preferred.
  9. Proficiency in documentation tools and software, such as Microsoft Visio, Excel, and SharePoint.
  10. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, with a focus on delivering results and meeting deadlines.
