Business Analyst

Job Description: 

- Experience as a P&C insurance domain consultant / business analyst in IT or Insurance companies
- Experience should include requirements gathering and analysis, elicitation, business process consulting, prototype development and testing.

-Experience in data migration preferable
- Understanding of the complete SDLC process and various methodologies
- Ability to conduct walkthroughs, workshops and meetings involving various business stakeholders
- Strong knowledge of P&C insurance business operations and lines of business (Commercial, Personal and Speciality lines).
- Conversant with documentation standards such as BPMN, Use Cases, UML Notations etc
- Should be able to conceptualize, analyze, and present solutions in the insurance domain; should have designed / involved in building solution
frameworks, project accelerators, methodologies, requirement packages, testing framework and so on
- Should be able to understands concepts related to database, Object oriented programming
- Working knowledge of SQL would be an added advantage

- Willingness to undertake frequent travels - short term or long term across the globe
- Should possess Insurance certifications like AINS, CPCU, ACII, LIII, AIII, FIII etc
