Business Analyst

Must have
• Drive consensus for a desired future state that meets the business problem and enterprise objectives
• Be able to write SQL
• Uncover needs that business owners and end users could no t articulate on their own.
• Identify the requirements to ensure end-to- end service performance from the end user's perspective.
• Appropriately documents business requirements and designs.
• Understand business process complexity and influence busin ess requirements in support of enterprise objectives
• Help business owners communicate solution value to key stakeholders
• Provide accurate project effort estimates, including recognizing the implications of business strategy changes and engaging project stakeholders in the estimation process
• Guide solutions options and business partner decision-making to minimize the amount of project investment divergence from target architecture
• Identify opportunities for creating reusable enterprise services
• Identify the requirements to ensure end-to- end service performance from the end user's perspective
• Educate developers on a project's business context
• Need familiarity with Microsoft Office, Jira
