Job Description:

• Understand  basic fundamentals of software development process.
• work with stakeholders to understand business needs and translate them into requirements.
• define and prioritize features and user stories.
• identity areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancements.
• conduct testing and provide feedback to development teams.
• manage and communicate issues in coordination with Agile Delivery Lead, manage agile ceremonies.

Skill

• Experience with Agile development methodologies Required 4 Years
• Experience with business analysis, creating and maintaining documentation, translating between business and technical stakeholders, Required
• and ensuring deliverables meet customer goals. Required 4 Years
• Act as the primary day-to-day point of contact for customer. Required 4 Years
• Facilitate regular status meetings with the project team, sponsors, and all stakeholders. Solicit stakeholder feedback to validate Required
• priorities and compromises. Required 2 Years
• Manage risks and track issues throughout the project. Required 2 Years
• Experience leading agile ceremonies including daily standup meetings, sprint planning meetings, sprint reviews, and retrospectives. Required 2 Years
