Business Analyst

Duties:

• Define, measure and present metrics / reports on different programs to Senior Level Management. Design new metrics and enhance existing metrics to support the future state of business processes and ensure sustainability.
• Learn and understand a broad range of data resources and know how, when, and which to use helping operations with regular and ad hoc information schema.
• Ability to write functional specs for tools and drive Attributes based on business requirements, Communicate complex analysis, insights and recommendations to stakeholders and business leaders.
• Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations.
• Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution, and understanding of international business.
• Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership.
• Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience.
• Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures.
• Design, implement and maintain Java-based applications.
• Contribute to all phases of the development lifecycle, writing testable, scalable and efficient code.
• Test and debug new applications and updates.
• Maintain up to date code documentation participating in code reviews.

Position Requirements: The position requires bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Business Administration, Computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems,

Computer Applications, Electrical Engineering, Electrical and/or Electronics Engineering, Engineering (any) or related field.
 
Special Requirements: Position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the U.S. with expenses paid by the employer.
 
The employer is in the field of Information Technology implementing projects for clients in various states throughout the United States of America. Depending on the scope of the project, these implementations could sometime take days, weeks, months or years. Hence, the beneficiary may have to either travel or relocate to these client sites depending on the duration of the project. Therefore, the employer has clearly indicated that the position requires travel/relocation to various unanticipated client locations throughout the US with expenses paid by the employer.

Salary: $ 88,358.00 per year.
