Business Analyst

Gather business requirements, and analyze data/workflows. Facilitate JAD sessions with
the management groups, vendors, users, and the IT Group for open and pending issues to
develop specifications. Perform data analysis, query databases, and utilize SQL query
tools. Develop Use Case diagrams with MS Visio and create Business Flow Diagrams,
Activity/State diagrams, and Sequence diagrams. Perform GAP Analysis and System
'As Is' & 'To Be' process and Business Process Management. Use JIRA and Azure DevOps
to document epics, user stories, risks, issues, defects, and bugs. Develop Scripts for
Regression Testing and System Testing. Develop user test cases and system integration
testing and validate test results during testing. Master’s degree in Science, Technology, or
Engineering (any) is required. Work location: Parlin, NJ and various unanticipated
locations throughout the U.S.
