Job Duties

  • Obtaining business requirements from business users and stakeholders using interview sessions, brainstorming sessions, and personal interviews to get better understanding of the enrollment requirement changes from the clients.
  • Analyze the existing system to see how the new requirement can fit in and perform impact analysis to figure out what all components must be changed.
  • Analysis of system specifications and business requirements of end clients.
  • Translate Stakeholder requirements into different tangible deliverables such as functional specifications, user cases, user stories, workflow/process diagrams, data flow/data model diagrams.
  • To track the issues or roadblocks during the process of claim submission or of existing claims with different statuses.
  • Collaborate with business users to define scope, objects and requirements to a degree appropriate for the maintenance or support task for the legacy systems.
  • Create functional traceability matrix and keep and track all day-to-day work of the programming team, identifying the common inputs and analyzing multiple scenarios and giving the best expected output.

  • Provide technical assistance to business process fit-gap sessions, providing necessary technical knowledge as needed to determine standard/best practices and technical feasibility.
  • Analysis of the RACF modules to set security profiles for different line of business, permissions, and access to all the resources on Mainframe.
  • Tracking Agile (Scrum/Kanban), Traceability Matrix to gain transparency on product and sprint backlogs.
  • Documentation of Business process flows by working with product owner to get the sign-off.
  • Creating different types of reports like graphs, pie charts etc. based on user requirements by using presentation tools.
  • Assist QA department to write and execute test plans and test cases and work on UAT testing.
  • Designing and communicating the requirements from clients to Development and QA team for better and effective project delivery.
  • Participate in agile sprint planning and sprint retrospective team meetings
  • Attend daily scrum meetings to provide a status update and escalate any blockers affecting the progress of work
