Job Description

Act as single point of contact for BA/PM role between Leadership, Project Management and development team from solution planning, sizing, to fulfilment. Bridge between technical team and client.

  • Involved in all requirement gathering and impact analysis activities. Reviewing the Client Requirements and Business Specifications, analysing the impacts and feasibility, complete the Time and Cost analysis and give appropriate recommendations.
  • Design Process Diagram, Activity Diagram, Use Cases, end to end data flow with the help of Business Process Management and also preparing the screen mock ups and design and develop the application architecture (Database tables and interface impacts) to ensure favorable Enterprise wide impact.
  • Review the application structure and database design with development and testing teams.
  • Review the Statement of Understanding Document and User Requirement Specification Document, System Requirement Specification Document and give presentations to stakeholders accordingly.
  • Provide the support to development by reviewing the Application Design document and help the testing team by reviewing the Test Cases during development and testing phase.
