Define product vision roadmap and growth opportunities in alignment with the companys strategic goalsAct as the primary liaison between stakeholders and the development team ensuring theres a clear understanding of what features are needed in the product.Prioritize and refine the product backlog ensuring that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work onPlan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the productAssess value develop cases and prioritize stories epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategyProvide backlog management iteration planning, and elaboration of the user storiesWork closely with the Scrum team throughout the product development process attending Scrum meetings and providing feedbackKeep abreast with Agile Scrum best practices and new trendsDeliver product demos presentations and participate in stakeholder meetingsAnalyze market trends and competitor strategies to inform product decisionsMeasure product performance and use data to drive key decisionsProven work experience as a Product Owner or similar role in product managementFamiliarity with agile processes and principles and a strong understanding of the software development lifecycleStrong leadership communication and presentation skillsExcellent organizational and time management skillsSharp analytical and problem solving skills
