Pattern is looking for a Business Analyst with a deep interest in digital technologies, data analysis, and eCommerce. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving client success through innovative digital strategies. Your work will directly contribute to enhancing our clients' digital presence and eCommerce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform comprehensive data analysis and market research to understand trends, challenges, and opportunities in the digital and eCommerce sectors

Collaborate with teams across Pattern to design and implement impactful digital transformation strategies

Use advanced analytics tools to derive insights and inform strategic decisions

Develop compelling presentations and present findings and recommendations to senior stakeholders

Lead and support digital marketing and eCommerce initiatives from concept to execution

Track and evaluate the performance of digital projects, offering insights and recommendations for optimization

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Computer Science, or related field. Master's degree preferred

1-3 years of experience in business analysis, consulting, or related roles with a focus on digital, data & analytics, and eCommerce

Excellent communication skills, capable of effectively articulating complex ideas to diverse audiences 

Ability to work collaboratively in a team and lead project components independently
