Same for Claims – will be working on smaller enhancements that come into the Claims Portfolio – we would like them to have:
Familiarity with Claims
Good time management skills
Good communication skills
Excellent writing skills
Understands how to review an xml
Familiar with mapping exercises
Can run simple SQL statements
Can write clear and concise business requirements
Can write a test strategy, test plans and execute tests successfully
Can easily report defects using Jira
