Business Analyst

Role: Business Analyst (HealthCare) 
Location: Quincy, MA (Hybrid)

**Responsibilities:** 
- Assist in the coordination of HIT projects such as health information exchange services and compliance with CMS Interoperability rules. 
- Work closely with various agency teams to implement and manage health data exchange projects and initiatives. 
- Facilitate meetings and gather business requirements, functional design needs, and technical documentation for assigned projects. 
- Ensure projects align with expected outcomes through detailed business analytics and requirement traceability. 
- Adhere to security and departmental policies, and document supporting processes and procedures.

**Preferred Qualifications:** 
- Experience in a healthcare information technology environment, particularly with healthcare information exchange and industry standards. 
- Ability to communicate complex IT concepts effectively to both technical personnel and non-IT business users. 
- Strong documentation, analytical, and relationship-building skills. 
- Experience within a large IT system development project, preferably in healthcare or government settings.

**Education and Experience Requirements:** 
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, or a related field. 
- Minimum of three years hands-on experience with project implementation in a healthcare information technology setting. 
- Proficiency with MS Office applications including Excel, Word, Visio, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
