Roles & Responsibilities
- Responsible for gathering, analyzing and providing functional solutions that will be transformed to technology solutions.
- Document functional requirements (SRS, Use Cases, Functionality Matrix, Traceability Matrix etc.), help and training materials.
- Conduct business analysis sessions with customers or relevant stakeholders.
- Provide presales support.
- Coordinate the sign off of functional requirements and solutions.
- Analyze and manage change requests.
- Ensure compliance to standards such as CMMi, ISO as per organization processes & practices.
- Provide support for presales initiatives (preparing proposals, SOWs etc.)
- Perform estimation based on functional requirements using techniques such as Function Points, Story Points, Use Case Points etc.
- Perform functional testing and coordinate with Quality control team to ensure quality of the deliverable.
- Ensure value addition to the organization by building comprehensive domain knowledge base.
- Outstanding skills in written & oral communications.
- Extensive experience in pre sales, documenting business requirements for the purpose of developing technology solutions.
- Experienced in Requirements Management using Agile methodologies.
- Hands on experience with tools such as Confluence, Jira, MS Visio, MS Office etc.
- Sound knowledge of relational data bases and SQL.
- Working knowledge of any of the functional estimation methodologies such as Function point analysis, Use case model, Story points etc.
- Experience in pre sales activities.
- Knowledge and experience in UI design tools (Dreamweaver, Photoshop etc.) will be an added advantage.
