Business Analyst

Key Responsibilities:

Act as a liaison between clients and development teams, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements

Utilize previous experience as an analyst on implementation projects for platform tools such as Salesforce, ServiceNow, Appian, etc

Translate client needs into actionable requirements, drawing out key details to meet end-client objectives

Apply government and regulatory knowledge to enhance project outcomes, with a preference for candidates with Virginia State or regulatory experience

Develop into a Subject Matter Expert (SME) - requiring a keen ability to learn processes and interpret statutes

Desired Skills and Experience:

Proven track record as a Senior BSA with a polished consulting approach

Experience in design and requirements phases of new vendor application implementation

Familiarity with Agile methodologies and critical thinking abilities
