Business Analyst / Scrum Master

JOB DESCRIPTION

We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic individual to join our team as a Scrum Master and Business Analyst. This position will work closely with the technology teams responsible for data strategy, business applications, and reporting, and support our business functions and stakeholders.

Responsibilities:
·       Engage with business stakeholders and interface with multiple departments across Technology and our End-user communities.
·       Manage the day-to-day development activities such as assigned project work, running the business, and defect and bug management.
·       Facilitate agile ceremonies such as daily scrums, sprint planning, program increment planning, and retrospectives.
·       Maintain the product backlog and prioritize the work items according to the business value and stakeholder feedback.
·       Coach and guide the teams on agile principles, practices, and tools and foster a culture of collaboration, innovation, and continuous improvement.
·       Resolve conflicts and remove impediments that hinder the team's performance and productivity.

Requirements:
·       Experience with Azure Dev Ops
·       Strong business analysis, project management, and communication skills
·       3+ years of experience working in an agile environment as a business analyst, scrum master, or project manager.
·       Knowledge of agile methodologies such as kanban and scrum and ability to adapt to the changing needs of the business.
·       Bachelor's degree in computer science, engineering, business, or related field or equivalent work experience.

Additional Qualifications:
·       Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or similar certification is a plus.
·       Knowledge of SaFe Principles is a plus.
·       Experience in Real Estate industry
