  • Work with stakeholders to establish high-level requirements, benefits case and delivery cost estimates.
  • Assist with design and testing and produce documentation of delivered functionality.

  • Creating and maintaining SOP and process documentation and creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Ability to analyze requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, understand system capabilities and writing specifications.

  • 5+ years’ experience with gathering business requirements and designing services that adhere to ServiceNow best practices, out of the box and automation first approach.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience in creating and maintaining SOP and process documentation.
  • Creation and delivery of training materials.
  • Extremely organized with the ability to analyze requirements, constructing workflow charts and diagrams, understand system capabilities and writing specifications.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, strong relationship management and negotiation skills.
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Working experience with ServiceNow Tokyo or Utah version.
