Work with the project manager and business stakeholders/technical leads to analyze and document business requirements for new ServiceNow processes and align to the project schedule.
Work with the ServiceNow development team to validate the solutions for defined customer requirements.
Provide assistance to other Business Analysts on the project team as required.
Develop procedures, manuals, and other documentation artifacts as needed.
Develop User Stories based on business requirements provided by the stakeholders/technical leads.
Document current and future processes and workflows.
Manage the User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and validation activities.
Engage customers/stakeholders to effectively and capture business requirements.
Develop Agile User Stories based on customer requirements (as required).
Ability to host customer CAM/IRM demos and effectively explain ServiceNow capabilities.
Ability to analyze alternatives presented by development team members and provide feedback based on customer requirements.
Work effectively in a highly matrix team organization.?
Detailed Skills Requirements
FOUNDATION FOR SUCCESS(Basic Qualifications)
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field
5 years of experience as a ServiceNow CAM or IRM Business Analyst
5 years of experience in designing and building business processes
3 years of experience with process flow documentation creation
Understanding of Agile software development practices
Excellent verbal and written communication skills including presentation skills
Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust. Contract requirement.
