• Three years of progressive responsibility in an IT or business environment with demonstrated technical knowledge which provides the necessary skills, knowledge, and abilities.
• Knowledge of Agile processes, principles and tools.
• Demonstrated expertise in analyzing data, determining underlying issues, and developing an effective resolution path.
  
   

Required Skills:

 

• Experience within the insurance industry highly preferred.
• 1+ years of experience working with Jira preferred
• 3+ years of business and data analysis experience preferred.
• Experience with Advanced Excel preferred.
• Experience with BI Tools (ex. Tableau, Power BI, Qlik) preferred
  
   

Education:

Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, business administration, or related field.
