Requirements:
• Solid business/systems analysis experience and software development projects (3-5 years);
• Experience with Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint;
• Experience with data migration;
• Experience with testing and quality assurance tools and techniques.
Preferred:
• Experience working with Microsoft DevOps (highly desired);
• Experience with Rules 60GG-1 – 60GG-5, Florida Administrative Code (highly desired);
• Experience with change and release management is (highly desired);
Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
• Research and understand Client’s business processes and their inter-relationships;
• Research and document impacts on agency business systems in relation to the PALM implementation;
• Facilitate joint analysis workshops with the business units;
• Gather and document business and technical requirements;
• Coordinate with data migration and development teams;
• Create detailed use cases, business rules, and requirements;
• Develop Test Plans and Test Cases;
• Coordinate testing and quality assurance efforts;
• Perform oversight reviews of deliverables for compliance with department standards.
