  • Knowledgeable in business analysis, and delivery execution practices and standards
  • Knowledgeable and acts as a conduit for business and user interaction with technology
  • Leveraging domain, product, and systems knowledge, ensure business processes/systems impacted by the requirements are analyzed and the acceptance criteria are well understood and clearly demonstrate changes to business process/systems meet customer needs
  • Identifies risks and impediments and leads problem resolution
  • Possesses discipline, rigor skills and subject matter knowledge to the requirements elaboration and validation process
  • Supports the identification, maintenance and reporting of traceability of requirements
  • Work performed under minimal management guidance and supervision
  • Identify and lead problem resolution
  • Reports to a Manager or Practice Lead

EXPERIENCE AND / OR EDUCATION

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 6+ experience related business analysis experience
  • Experience using JIRA, Confluence and/or other workflow tools
  • Understanding/experience with RPA tools (Blue Prism/UI Path)
