Job Description:- eBS-Minds IT Inc, a Pilot Point, Texas-based IT Solutions company has multiple openings for Job Id 11008: Business Analyst.
Job duties include: :-
●Gather, understand, and document business objectives, specifications, and requirements on small/medium/large size projects.
●Analyse the business needs of clients and stakeholders to help identify business problems and propose solutions.
●Define, design, and document business flows and processes on small medium size projects.
●Investigate operational needs and problems, and opportunities, contributing to the recommendation of improvements within the area of responsibility.
●Gather Business Requirements Determination (BRD) documents specifications for enhancements.
●Work directly with Architects and Product Owners to manage the technical aspects of the IT project.
●Participate in Joint Application Design (JAD) sessions to gather quality requirements and specifications.
●Employ Agile/SCRUM methodology values, principles, and practices to plan, manage, and deliver solutions.
