Business Analyst

Job Description:

• We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Business Analyst with hands-on experience with 1-2+ years’ experience with Client DNA Core to join our team.
• A successful candidate will have prior experience in the analysis of client requirements for Client functionality and direct experience at 1 or more clients performing gap analysis between requirements and system functionality.
• The ideal candidate will also have hands-on screen-by-screen configuration experience within Client for lending, deposits, or treasury with an understanding of configurations.
• The candidate would also have excellent domain knowledge of deposit products and loan products and understanding of data attributes of different deposit products and services.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document business requirements for the implementation of the Client DNA system.
• Perform gap analysis of product requirements with Client DNA capabilities, identifying alternative solutions based on Client DNA capabilities, customizations, or business process changes.
• Act as a Client DNA product subject matter expert (SME) to answer questions regarding additional needs or support additional requirements.
• Perform requirements and product mapping between Client DNA and other product processors and systems.
• Assist in defining, configuring, and documenting system settings and parameters for the Client DNA system, specifically for deposit, lending, and treasury products, using plain English.
• Translate business requirements into clear and concise functional specifications, aligning them with the capabilities of the Client DNA system.
• Identify risks and issues related to business requirements and potential configuration challenges.
• Trace the impacts of business requirements to configuration and system impacts, and vice versa.

Qualifications:

• 1-2+ years’ experience with Client DNA implementations as a Business Requirements Analyst or in a similar role.
