Job Description

The scope of the proposed services will include the following:
· Administration and organization of projects for business solutions
· Evaluate new technology solutions to meet business needs
· Create business case analysis for the solution that fits the needs of the office
· Ensure that the projects being evaluated are fiscally responsible
· Create project frameworks, spreadsheets, reports, and assignments
· Administer, build and utilize project and portfolio dashboards
· Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and refine requirements

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are mandatory:
· Experience in meeting with stakeholders to identify business requirements and developing requirements documents and use cases for technology solutions
· Experience in evaluating technology solutions to meet business needs

Expertise and/or relevant experience in the following areas are desirable but not mandatory:
· 8+ years in a project management or business analysis role
· Experience in project planning, organization, reporting, resource allocation, budget evaluation and status updates
· Experience with designing and building project and portfolio dashboards
