Job Description ::
Work with project managers and cross-functional teams to translate business needs into actionable requirements documentation
Conduct research, analyze data, and assess industry best practices to support thought-provoking questions that will aid business decisions
Develop agendas and lead productive requirements meetings/grooming sessions that result in clear documentation and alignment across multiple stakeholders
Update and refine requirements/user stories and acceptance criteria
Evaluate existing business rules/processes and identify opportunities for improvement/optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical resources to make recommendations on how business requirements could be addressed within existing applications
Partner with stakeholders to identify and make recommendations for potential solution providers
Bachelor's or advanced degree in business, technology, marketing or related field required
5+ years of business analysis experience, ideally working in a mid-sized to large organization
Proven experience working in both traditional/waterfall and agile methodologies
Advanced in Outlook, PowerPoint and Excel
Bachelor's degree
