Description

You'll collaborate with other leaders in Solutions Office to define, prioritize, and develop projects & strategies

You own the intellectual property, procedures, hard cards, critical metrics, scorecards associated with services and solutions we own

You demonstrate the ability to influence across functional groups, including Product areas, Client Servicing Operations, Marketing, Legal, Risk and Compliance

You'll collaborate with Business Analysts, Automation, and Software engineering teams to plan and deliver high impact service asks on behalf of Relationship Management, Service Delivery Leads and Sales Executives.

You organize and track all documentation related to Solutions Office infrastructure & vendor information

You lead project teams and sophisticated efforts, end-to-end, to migrate activities related to (but not limited to) preparing custom client-specific content, fulfilling internal and external requests, preparing plan service reviews, and performing enablement activities

You define, design, and deploy new Solutions Office services to internal customers

You design solutions that simplify, standardize, and customize existing business processes
