Description

10+ years of financial services experience, Cross-domain knowledge in Fidelity a plus

Bachelor's degree required, PMP Certification (or equivalent), Previous Consulting experience a plus

Motivated to build relationships & solid ability to work with executives in business, technology, customer, and vendor groups

Flexibility and the skill to both lead and contribute to teams are a must

Proven experience in leading large scale, cross-Business Unit projects and programs

High degree of integrity combined with the ability to readily adapt to rapidly changing environments and deal with contending priorities.

Excellent problem-solving and creative skills - the ability to think through problems, assess a variety of factors and recommend solutions

High leadership skills and a comfort with ambiguity

Outstanding communication, interpersonal and presentation skills, with specific strengths in communicating with senior internal leadership.

Ability to perform operational and administrative project/ program management responsibilities such as metrics collection, status reporting and updates

Strong attention to detail as well as effective time management abilities

Fast paced execution, multi-tasking, and agile thinking

Ability to travel 10%
