Description

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to define the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization strategy.
  • Act as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and understanding of requirements.
  • Gather and analyze user needs, market trends, and industry best practices to shape the product roadmap and feature prioritization.
  • Translate high-level business objectives into well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
  • Maintain and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring its alignment with project goals and timeline.
  • Conduct regular sprint planning, backlog grooming, and sprint review meetings.
  • Provide guidance and clarification to the development team during the sprint execution.
  • Monitor project progress, identify impediments, and take proactive measures to address them.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, designers, and QA, to ensure successful delivery of features.
  • Perform user acceptance testing and validate that delivered features meet the defined acceptance criteria.
  • Track project metrics and use Agile project tracking tools like ADO to monitor progress and report on key performance indicators.
  • Stay up to date with industry trends and advancements in cloud migration and application development methodologies.

Requirements:

  • Familiarity with Scrum methodology, having acted as a Scrum Master for at least 20% of your time.
  • Proven ability to run scrum ceremonies and effectively drive the development team.
  • Experience running daily ceremonies, identifying impediments, and following up with different teams to ensure timely resolution.
  • Demonstrated ability to set the pace for the team and foster a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Proficient in using Agile project tracking tools, such as ADO, to manage and track project progress.
  • Extensive experience in Agile methodologies, with at least 6 years of IT Business Analyst experience and 4+ years working in an Agile environment.
  • Previous experience working on application development teams and understanding the complexities of such projects.
  • Strong skills in gathering and writing complex requirements, user story development, and backlog management.
  • Ability to solve problems independently and proactively, without needing constant direction.
  • Flexibility to meet with customers (end-users) and understand the TechOps space in-depth.
  • Willingness and ability to travel approximately 10-15% of the time.
